Before we spend a dollar on ads, we make sure your business can handle growth.
- Know your real contribution margin and product strategy
- Understand your AOV and LTV
- Track metrics that actually matter (not platform ROAS)
I help ecom brands build profitable, scalable growth engines by fixing the business fundamentals most agencies ignore. Then I make your Meta ads actually work.

I only work with up to 6 brands at a time so each gets my full attention. Scheduling a free consultation doesn't guarantee we'll work together.
It's because agencies only focus on ads and ignore other parts of your business.
But Meta Ads don't work in isolation. They amplify what you already have. Think of them as a megaphone for your business. If your offer is weak, your website poor, or your content subpar, Meta ads will broadcast those problems at scale. You'll spend money amplifying something that converts less.
But when your fundamentals are solid - think brand strategy, unit economics, other channels - well then Meta Ads become a powerful growth engine.
This is why I audit your entire business ecosystem and help fix what's holding you back. Then I run your Meta ads profitably.
Before we spend a dollar on ads, we make sure your business can handle growth.
Your messaging and website need to turn cold traffic into buyers.
We fill your funnel with new customers and grow consistently.

I believe that ROAS is a lazy metric that keeps brands small and helps dishonest marketers collect their monthly retainers. I optimize for your actual profit after all expenses. That means more money in your bank account.
No junior account managers. No getting lost in an agency system with 50 other clients. When you have a question, need a decision, or want to discuss strategy, you talk to me - the person who actually understands your business and runs your ads.
Before launching a single campaign, I review your website, unit economics, product strategy, other channels, and brand positioning. Agencies don’t do this. I do it because I believe it’s the only way to make your ads actually work long-term.
All packages are month-to-month. No contracts, leave any time.
For brands whose fundamentals are already solid: a product people want, healthy margins and a website that converts. I work inside your Meta ads account: campaign management and creative direction based on what the data shows.

Main KPI becomes your end net profit. I run your Meta ads, but also take ownership of your numbers and find all the places where margins leak. Before I scale anything, I audit your business and build the tools we make decisions with. Then I optimize your ads.
When I can see your numbers, I can optimize for what actually matters: your profit.
I audit and advise you on the areas of your business that decide how profitable your ads can be:

Everything in the Growth Partnership, plus I take work off your plate. I own your new channels, content production and influencer and affiliate program. You hire the people who do the hands-on work, and I manage them, so you don't spend your time checking on them.
Think of me as a fractional CMO who also runs your Meta ads.

What happens on the call:
We'll spend 30-45 minutes going through your business and talking about your challenges and how success looks like for you. I'll look at your Meta account, your website, your numbers, and tell you exactly what's holding you back.
I only take on clients I'm confident I can help. This call is for both of us to see if we're a good fit. Booking a consultation doesn't guarantee we'll work together.
Consider this a two-way interview. I want to hear about your why - what you’re building and what drives you. I only work with brands I believe in, because I love what I do and want it to be meaningful.
Greywell is me, Veljko Vukojičić. It's not an agency and there's no team behind the name. When you work with Greywell, you work with me. I've been running Meta ads for over nine years, and I managed over $500k in monthly ad spend during last year. Before going independent, I spent 5 years at Žiška, a creative agency in Belgrade, working my way up from Account Executive to Senior Project Manager, Chief Media Buyer and Strategist, and building campaigns for brands like Coca-Cola. Today I work with up to six brands at a time.
Usually, brands doing $100k+/month because it's easier to scale from there. But I love helping small family businesses reach that milestone, and I also enjoy building businesses from the ground up. If you're serious about growth, size doesn't matter.
I work with all eCommerce brands. I've handled everything from fashion to supplements to niche cosmetics. If I haven't worked in your niche before, even better - novelty excites me. If I believe in what you're building, I'll learn everything about your market. I am a big nerd after all.
If you're here, something isn't working. I can audit what they're doing and help you transition if it makes sense. Most of my clients came from underperforming agency relationships.
One number: your month-end contribution profit. How much money is left in your bank account at the end of each month, and whether that number is growing. That's how I judge whether I'm doing my job. Everything else supports it. I build a P&L waterfall from gross sales down to end profit, so we can spot margin leaks anywhere in the business, not just in ads. I build a tracker for each country you sell in, so we know which markets are worth expanding into and how hard we can push in each one. And I keep a break-even CAC tracker per market, updated regularly, so we know the level of spend where your profit peaks. Below it you leave money on the table. Above it, each new customer costs more than they bring in. Inside Meta, I only watch a few things: daily frequency, and weekly and monthly CAC per market. Platform metrics like ROAS don't decide anything.
No. ROAS is a lazy metric that keeps brands small and helps dishonest marketers collect their monthly retainers. I care about your business's long-term health.
Meta ads, hands-on, in every package. In Head of Growth I also own your other paid channels, including Google Ads and other paid social: the specialists you hire do the hands-on work, and I own the strategy and the results.
No, I don't produce content. I direct the creative strategy: which angles to test, what types of content to make and why. If you need people to produce it, I can connect you with good creators and producers I know.
Enough to be profitable, and no more. I won't have you spend thousands of dollars on the promise of vague future results. If you're already running ads, I first make your current spend work harder, and I only increase it when more spend means more profit for you. If you're just launching, any number is an educated guess. It depends on your goals, your runway and how aggressive you want to be. We'll work it out together on the call.
Here's the thing: I need to redefine what "results" even means first. I'm not chasing ROAS - I'm optimizing for your actual profit. That takes time to set up correctly. Some brands see improvement in the first month. Real, compounding growth takes months. Truth is – it depends. Anyone who guarantees anything in this work is being dishonest.
Meta Ads only: I work inside your Meta ads account, running campaigns and directing creative based on what the data shows. I don't access your store or finances. Best for brands whose fundamentals are already solid. Growth Partnership: I run your ads and take ownership of your numbers. I set up custom profit tracking (a P&L waterfall with monthly margin-leak reviews, break-even CAC per market and a geo tracker for every market) and advise you on your website, new markets, shipping and product strategy. Head of Growth: everything in the Growth Partnership, plus I take work off your plate. I own your other paid channels, your influencer and affiliate program and your content production, manage the specialists you hire, run team workshops, and shape your brand and content strategy.
To keep things simple and transparent, the website lists three flat monthly fees: $1,700 for Meta Ads only, $2,800 for the Growth Partnership and $4,900 for Head of Growth. All are month-to-month. In Head of Growth, you hire and pay the specialists directly, and my fee covers owning the strategy and managing them. If none of the three fits exactly, we can build something custom.
Yes, as long as I have capacity. Many clients start with ads management and upgrade once they see the value of strategic support.
No. Month-to-month from day one. I don't lock people into contracts. If it's not working, we part ways. Simple.
We part ways. I only work with brands I'm confident I can help, but sometimes the fit isn't right or circumstances change. No hard feelings.
Hopefully a lot. I don't do surface-level work. I'll probably change your routine, push you and your team, and demand the same standards I hold myself to. If you're not ready to actually implement what we discuss, this won't work.
Usually 5-6 max, depending on scope. I keep it small so each client gets real attention.
Between Belgrade and Bali, and plenty of places in between. I travel a lot, and it doesn't affect the quality of my work. I work with brands across Europe, the US, Australia and New Zealand, and the Middle East. If there's a strategic reason for me to be closer to you for a period of time, I can arrange that.
Before I change anything in your ad account, I audit the business: unit economics, website, product, positioning and channel mix. I build your P&L waterfall and break-even CAC so we both know exactly what we're optimizing for. Then I start on the ads, first making your current spend more efficient, and only then scaling it.
I review your business and give you honest feedback - even if we don't work together. I want to understand what drives you, how you define success, and if we're a good fit. If we both feel good about it, we move forward.
